ヤンセンのB細胞成熟抗原CAR-T療法JNJ-4528は、多重の前治療歴を持つ多発性骨髄腫患者に対して早期に深甚で持続性の治療効果を示した。フェーズ1b / 2試験 CARTITUDE-1の長期追跡データは全奏効率が100％、厳格完全奏効率は中央値11.5か月時点で86％、９か月時点の無増悪生存率86％を示した。
