ロシュのアンチセンスオリゴマー治療薬リスジプラムを脊髄性筋萎縮症（SMA）の治療薬としてFDAが承認した。対象は成人及び生後2カ月以上の小児、販売名はEvrysdi（エブリスディ？）、家庭で経口または栄養チューブ投与が可能な液剤である。
