• PARP阻害薬ニラパリブによる転移性・去勢抵抗性前立腺がん治療をFDAがブレークスルー指定した。ニラパリブはTESARO社が開発し、卵巣がんを適応症として2017年にFDAが承認、ヤンセンは前立腺がんのみを対象として導入していた。その後2018年12月にGSKがTESARO社を買収した。
